Diarrhea is pretty common and happens easily, which doesn't help that it can fatal. Apart from the obvious signs, other will be that the Roborovski will be reluctant to eat or drink, a bit like when we're ill. It's caused by a number of things, incorrect feeding i.e citrus fruit; damp sleeping area, unclean or rotten water/food(veg).
Once you have noticed signs of this, even if you are unsure, you should try feed you Robo some raspberry leaves as this is a great cure for upset stomachs. Alternatively you can also feed bread or mildly heated toast, and put vitamin supplement in his drink. Put both near his house or the food inside the house if he's too weak to move.
Change the bedding once a day, preferably during the evening when hes awake so you don't disturb him and cause unwanted stress. You should continue with the feeding guide line even once he's back to health for a week to make sure hes fully recovered.
